Half Angus Beef (Las Vegas & Southern Utah)
One half of an angus steer, 250 lbs of meat. The meat is approximately 25% steaks, 40% roasts and other cuts, and 35% hamburger. Beef is grass fed, grain finished. All our steers are raised on pasture without growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
