One quarter of an Angus steer, 125 lbs of meat. The meat is approximately 25% steaks, 40% roasts and other cuts, and 35% hamburger. Beef is grass fed, grain finished. All our steers are raised on pasture without growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
